Adding and editing groups

Adding and editing groups

In the menu section "Groups," you can create groups with contract stakeholders. By linking related employees to a group, you can link all of them to a contract at once. As contract stakeholders, these employees can then access the contract in the Archive and receive notifications when a contract is extended or terminated.

Adding Groups

By clicking on "Add" at the top of the groups overview, you can create a new group.

Choose a clear name for your group and decide whether the employees in the group should or should not receive notifications when a contract is extended or terminated. After "Save," you can add employees to the group. You can only select employees who have a role in the Contract Management module (see the roles overview). After saving the selection, the group will be created and can be used immediately.

Editing Groups

By clicking on a group in the groups overview (or on the pencil icon), you can edit a group. Here, you can adjust the name, set whether the group should receive notifications when a contract is extended or terminated, and you can also set the group to passive.

Setting a group to "Passive" means that this group can no longer be selected as contract stakeholders when registering a contract.

If you want to modify the employees in a group, you can click on the three dots at the end of a row and then click on "Link Employees." In the following overview, you can select employees who have a role in contract management (also refer to the roles overview). You can also remove selected employees from the group by unchecking their names.
