Assesing an order in the app

When you are logged in to the app, you will be taken to your personal dashboard. Here are the five most recently offered orders.
If your organization also uses other modules, there are several actions to be performed on the dashboard.
On the dashboard you will see a number of data concerning the order, such as the supplier, the amount, the date and the status of the order. By tapping on an order you can immediately assess the order.

Assess orders

You can immediately assess an order from the dashboard. However, only five orders are displayed on the dashboard. If you want to see an overview of all orders, you can navigate to the 'Overview' at the bottom of the screen via the icon with the dots and dashes. You can then choose 'To be assessed' under 'Procurement'.

After selecting an order, you can assess the order on the page that follows.

At the top are the supplier and the amount. Below that, the options 'Request opinion' and 'PDF' are displayed with icons. By selecting the PDF icon you can open the procurement order.

At "Order lines to assess", the order line or lines to be assessed is listed. Selecting a line opens a new screen with more information. Here you will find, among other things, the ledger account, cost center and the status history of the order. If you click on 'Status history' at the bottom, you can see who may have reviewed the order before and who should assess the order now. With the back arrow at the top left you can go back to the assessment screen.

When you have viewed all the data, you can use the buttons at the bottom of the page to approve or disapprove the lines of the order. The assessment applies to all order lines. So if there are several order lines here to be assessed, you either approve both lines or reject both lines.

Sometimes it happens that your internet connection is intermittent. Therefore, after approving, please wait for the new page to load before trying again
.
If you click on "Disapprove", you must specify the reason for rejection in the pop-up. The order will then disappear from your overview and will be returned to the purchasing department, so that the necessary adjustments can be made. When choosing "Approve" the order is forwarded to the next attorney or back to the purchasing department for further processing.

The action is completed with the assessment of the order.
