Cash & Card archive

Cash & Card archive

The Archive has received a new format (formerly known as 'Reports' and 'Transaction Overview').

The Archive Page

You can find all transactions through Cash & Card / Archive. This includes both card transactions and bank transactions. On the right side of the overview, you can use the filtering options to generate specific reports. You can use this overview to, among other things:
  1. Locate the original transaction for a refund
  2. Monitor online payments
  3. Monitor budgets based on cost center, cost type, project, or client
  4. Create an overview of all transactions within a specific period and export them if needed
Other functionalities on this page:
  1. If you don’t select a specific book under 'Book', you can generate a report for multiple books.
  2. At the bottom of the overview, you'll find the mutation balance.
  3. At the top of the page, you can navigate to Balances and Running Balances. You can also export the displayed overview.
  4. You can view more details of a transaction by clicking on it.

Filters and Selection Options

On the right side of the page, you can use filters to create a selection. By clicking the gear icon at the top right, you can modify the displayed filters. If you never use certain filters, you can hide them to create a clearer overview.

  1. Click the gear icon at the top right of the filter.
  2. Select the filters you want to see.
  3. Deselect the filters you don't want to see.
  4. The filter options adjust immediately based on your actions.
On this newly made page, there are two new filters available: Payment Method (for instance, you can retrieve only online payments) and Card (you can filter by imported transactions, bunq transactions, and Spend Cloud Card transactions). Moreover, you can now retrieve all incoming and outgoing transactions within an account by filtering on 'Account'. This includes transactions within cardbooks linked to the account.

Customizing Columns

The columns in this overview are based on the most frequently used columns among our users. You can now customize them to your preference:
  1. Click the gear icon at the top right of the table.
  2. Select the columns you want to see in the overview.
  3. Deselect the columns you don't want to see.
  4. Click and drag a row up or down to adjust the column order.
  5. The overview adjusts immediately based on your actions.
The changes you make will also be visible the next time you open the overview.

Balances and Running Balances

At the top of the overview, you'll find the 'Balances' and 'Running Balances' buttons. Clicking on 'Balances' will take you to an overview of your books, displaying current balances and period-end balances. This allows you to quickly see if the balances fluctuate too much in a given month. By clicking on an amount, you can access the transaction overview for that period.

Clicking on 'Running Balances' takes you to a page with an up-to-date overview of the balances in your books.
