Change and create your password in the app

You can change your password via the settings in the app. If you have never created a password, for example if your account is just new, you can create a new password in the app.
If you log in to your environment through SSO, you cannot change your password here.

Change / create password

If you are logged into the app, you can follow these steps to set a new password:
  1. Tap the menu icon (the dots and dashes) in the bar at the bottom.
  2. At the bottom you will find "Settings". Tap this.
  3. At the heading "Security" you choose "Change password".
  4. Enter your current password. If you don't know it or don't have a password yet, tap "I don't know my password." You will receive a temporary password via email that you can then use to set a new password.
  5. Enter your new password twice. The conditions that your organisation sets for the new password are checked immediately.
  6. Confirm your new password. With this you can now log in to the web version of the Spend Cloud.
