How do I change the main document of a contract?

When there's a new version of a contract is available, you want to view that version when opening the contract. To replace the displayed PDF of the contract, go to the Archive and open the contract. Pay attention to open the contract using the magnifying glass and not clicking on edit. At the top of the page, you will see the 'Replace document' button; click on it to add the new version.

If you don't see the 'Replace document' button, add the button to the Rights.

In the subsequent screen, you will have the option to upload and save the new document. After adding the new document, it will be linked to the contract. It's possible that you won't immediately see the document after saving because a display version is being created, including the contract's document number. This may take a few minutes.

The previous version of the contract is automatically attached as an (undeletable) attachment to the contract, ensuring the original document remains visible.
