Create dashboard messages
In the menu section "Messages" under the general application management, you can create announcements that will appear on the dashboard for users or other administrators. You will also find an overview of all previously created messages.
Adding a message
At the top of the messages overview, click on 'Add'. You can choose to display the new message for all users or users who have access to a specific module within Spend Cloud. Additionally, you can indicate whether the message should be visible to users or administrators. Depending on your settings, you can add the message in various languages. Finally, you can specify whether the message should be active immediately, or you can initially set the message to 'inactive' to activate it later. By entering a date in the 'Valid until' field, you can specify until when the message should be displayed.
