Favorite orders and products
In the Procurement Favorites menu, you'll find a collection of orders and items that you've marked as favorites. By designating an order request or item as a favorite, you can often submit an order more quickly. You can add an item or order request as a favorite by clicking on the star icon next to the item.
In the top-right corner of the Favorites overview, there is a button that leads to the shopping cart. By clicking on this button, you can navigate directly to the contents of the shopping cart. From here, you can submit order requests. You can mark items as favorites either in the Shopping Cart menu or through the Assortment. You can identify this option by a transparent star icon. Clicking on it will turn the star blue, and after placing the order, the item will be added to your list of favorites.
Please note that order requests placed via an OCI connection in the Webshops menu cannot be marked as favorites. The reason for this is that the available items and prices are only fully up-to-date in the webshop itself. If this information doesn't match, it could result in incorrect orders placed from Spend Cloud.
Removing Favorites
To remove added favorites, you can click on the blue star icon at the beginning of a line in the Favorites overview. This will immediately remove the order or item from your list of favorites.
