Geographical distribution

Geographical distribution

The Geographical Distribution section involves an analysis of spend based on the location of the supplier. This allows you to see how many creditors and invoices originate from each region, along with the total amount of incurred costs. This can be particularly useful for gaining insight into corporate social responsibility.

The location is determined based on the postcode provided for each relationship. Please verify in the 'General / Relations' menu that these details are accurate.

The data is visualized on a map, where colors indicate whether there is low or high spend in each region. The meaning of the colors can be found in the map's legend. Below the map, based on the selected invoice date, the number of creditors is displayed along with associated data such as total invoices and costs.

Using the selection criteria on the left side, you can further refine the summaries.

On the right side of the chart, you'll find a download icon. Clicking on this allows you to download an image of the chart in JPG or PDF format. You can also create an XLS or CSV export to further break down the underlying data.
