How do I request a virtual card?

The virtual Spend Cloud Cards are the digital counterparts of physical payment cards and include all the essential security features you're familiar with. In addition, these cards are free of charge. You can read more about virtual cards [here].

This article explains how to request a virtual card.

Steps to request a virtual card

1. Log in to the Spend Cloud.
2. Go to Application Management / Cash & Card / Card Management.
3. Click on ‘Request new card’.
4. Select the option Virtual Card – Mastercard Credit. 



5. Fill in the remaining details as indicated. Note: When requesting a virtual Spend Cloud Card, you must immediately assign a responsible cardholder and link a ledger. Additionally, you can only request one virtual 6. Spend Cloud Card at a time.
7. Once you’ve completed the request, the new virtual card will appear immediately in the responsible cardholder’s account.
The responsible cardholder can now view and use the card directly in the Spend Cloud App.
