Invoice method

Invoice method

In the 'Analysis/Invoice Method' menu, you can view the invoice type for each relation. This is categorized into three options: paper, PDF, and XML. If, for example, you notice that a certain relation still receives a significant number of paper invoices, you can contact them to encourage the switch to send invoices via PDF or XML.

Want to learn more about XML invoices and how to process them? you can find additional information via this link.

By selecting a specific period, you can observe whether relations have made changes to their preferred invoice method over the years or not. Additionally, you have the option to generate a PDF overview of the data by clicking on the 'Generate PDF' button at the top of the page.
