Module Invoice Processing
Permanently disapprove from the Disapproved menu
From this month onwards you can also directly permanently disapprove an invoice from the Disapproved Menu while editing the invoice. That saves you another click!
VAT codes in XML mapping
We have made it possible to also insert the VAT codes in the XML mapping so that invoices can have a specific VAT code. This is useful when there are multiple VAT codes for the same VAT percentage.
Since a creditor does not know which VAT codes are included in the financial administration, it is useful to coordinate this with the creditor who sends the XML invoice.
With the correct VAT codes in the XML mapping you can realize the correct encoding for these fields. This also allows an invoice to skip the Encode menu altogether if it is fully encoded (and this is set up for the creditor).
Import/Export
Pre-registration with AllSolutions
If you use the financial package AllSolutions, you can now export invoices via a pre-registration. For example, the header of an invoice is already loaded in AllSolutions. When the invoice has gone through the entire invoice processing process in the Spend Cloud, the remaining invoice lines are exported to AllSolutions.
Export audit trail with Exact Financials
If your organisation uses a web service link with Exact Financials, the audit trail of invoices is now also added to the PDF export file. This makes it possible to view the audit trail of invoices not only in the Spend Cloud, but also in Exact Financials.
Customize Export Mapping settings
When creating or editing an administration via Application management> General>Administrations, you can now also edit the following fields:
- Number of the financial package
- Export format for relations
- Invoice processing export format
In addition, if you have rights to edit an administration, you also have access to the Export mapping menu via Application management>Invoice processing>Export mapping.
This way you no longer have to call our Support department to change something and you can get started yourself. If you need help, we are of course there for you!

Notification badge for new messages
Recently you can see at a glance whether there are new messages in the notification menu. In the menu bar, an orange badge is added to the bell icon to let you know that there are new messages.
