Linking attachment to an invoice
You can attach files (attachments) to invoices. In this article, we explain how to attach a file.
During encoding
When coding an invoice, you can add a file in the invoice header by clicking the 'Select file' button:
Adding an attachment at a later time
You can also always add a file to an invoice at a later time. For example, if the invoice has already been coded and/or processed, you can still attach files to an invoice from a menu opened by clicking on the magnifying glass icon. It doesn't matter which menu item the invoice is in. For example, in the 'Archive' you can click on the magnifying glass icon:
Then, at the bottom of the invoice under the heading 'Linked files, click on the plus icon:
