Log of active employees

When an employee logs into Spend Cloud, it is recorded in the Logbook. Here, you can view any error messages during login and check which employees are logging into Spend Cloud. You can find the logbook under Application Management / Organization / Logbook.

Information in the Logbook

Using the selection criteria, you can generate a logbook per employee and/or for a specific period. If you leave the 'Employee' field empty, you can generate an overview of all employees who have logged in during a certain period.

The logbook includes the following information:

1. Date and time of login
2. IP address from which the employee logged in
3. Employee's name
4. Any error messages during login, such as incorrect username and password combination.

If you notice in the Logbook that an employee is repeatedly experiencing login failures, read this article for further assistance.
