Above the relationship overview you will find the button ‘Mass update’ (if you have the rights to do a mass update). With this button you can update a number of settings for several relations at the same time.
A chosen value will therefore apply to all relations that you are going to edit.
You can edit the following settings:
- Name: This is useful if a creditor has made a name change. In this way, you can update the name of a relation that is in multiple administrations in all administrations at once.
- Search code
- Address
- Postal Code
- VAT: You can use this to adjust the standard VAT for multiple relations at the same time.
- Place
- Country
- phone number
- E-mail address
- Chamber of Commerce number
- VAT number
- Invoice line description: With this setting you can enter a standard description for all invoices that come in from the selected business partners.
- Status: This way you can activate multiple relations at the same time or set them to "Passive".
- Process invoices automatically: With this you can set that invoices from this relation skip the Coding menu if the mandatory fields can be filled in correctly.
Update multiple relations at the same time
To update a setting for multiple relations at the same time, take the following steps:
- Click on "Mass update" above the overview.
- Select the relations you want to update in the overview by placing a check mark in the square box in front of the relation or select all relations by placing a check in the top box. Click on "Next".
- Select the settings you want to change for the relations you just selected. In the next step you can fill in what needs to be changed at the selected setting (s). Click on "Next".
- You can now change the setting (s) checked in step 3 for all selected relations. You will overwrite the current settings for these relations. If you leave a field empty, this will also be applied to all selected relations.
- Click on "Save" to activate the settings for the selected relations.
