Mass update relations

Mass update relations

Above the relationship overview you will find the button ‘Mass update’ (if you have the rights to do a mass update).  With this button you can update a number of settings for several relations at the same time.
A chosen value will therefore apply to all relations that you are going to edit.

You can edit the following settings:
  1. Name: This is useful if a creditor has made a name change. In this way, you can update the name of a relation that is in multiple administrations in all administrations at once.
  2. Search code
  3. Address
  4. Postal Code
  5. VAT: You can use this to adjust the standard VAT for multiple relations at the same time.
  6. Place
  7. Country
  8. phone number
  9. E-mail address
  10. Chamber of Commerce number
  11. VAT number
  12. Invoice line description: With this setting you can enter a standard description for all invoices that come in from the selected business partners.
  13. Status: This way you can activate multiple relations at the same time or set them to "Passive".
  14. Process invoices automatically: With this you can set that invoices from this relation skip the Coding menu if the mandatory fields can be filled in correctly.
