Monitor contracts progress

Monitor contracts progress

To monitor progress, Spend Cloud keeps track of contracts that are currently being processed by an employee. In the 'Progress' section, you can see details such as the contract's upcoming termination date and the required action. Depending on your permissions, you can click on a contract to view its details or perform the associated action.

Progress per Employee

By clicking on the 'Progress per Employee' button, you can see how many contracts are being processed and for how long by a specific employee. Clicking on the employee's name will provide you with an overview of all contracts that are still being processed. At the top of this page, you have the option to send an email to the respective employee to inquire about the contract's status. To do this, simply click the 'Send Email' button.
