Monitor entries progress

In the Progress section of Cash & Card, you can gain insight into the current processing status of cash or bank transactions in Spend Cloud.

All books are displayed in this overview, and through colors, you can immediately identify which cash registers may be lagging behind and/or are still awaiting review by the cash responsible person. At the bottom of the overview, there's a legend explaining the various colors. The current period is marked with a black border.

You can filter the overview by using the selection criteria. For example, if you want to start from a different period, you can modify the period field in the selection.

By clicking on the colored blocks, you can view the corresponding period. Clicking on a book allows you to see which employees are linked to the book. From here, you can potentially email the employees to inform them about any pending actions.
