Register delivered orders

All pending orders can be found in the menu section called "Deliveries," but they can also be found in the "Orders" section. By registering a delivery, you gain insight into which orders have actually been delivered. You can also register the delivery of an order in the app.

Registering Deliveries

By clicking on a line or the truck icon at the end of the line in the overview, you will be directed to the page where you can register the delivery.


Delivery Registration:

You can register delivery for all order lines at once by making a selection at the top, or you can register the delivery per order line. This can be done for partial deliveries or incorrect/returned items. You have the following options:
  1. Approve
The order has been received in good condition.
  1. Incorrect/Returned
Not all items have been delivered; the remaining items will be delivered later.
  1. Canceled
The items will not be delivered anymore, either because the order was canceled by the supplier or the requester. Spend Cloud will set the canceled items to €0.00. You can cancel a created order by contacting the supplier.

If the delivery is registered by a delivery group, the action will be completed when any of these employees perform the action.
