Register delivered orders

Register delivered orders

All pending orders can be found in the menu section called "Deliveries," but they can also be found in the "Orders" section. By registering a delivery, you gain insight into which orders have actually been delivered. You can also register the delivery of an order in the app.

Registering Deliveries

By clicking on a line or the truck icon at the end of the line in the Procurement / Deliveries overview, you will be directed to the page where you can register the delivery.

Delivery Registration:

You can register the receipt of all order lines at once by making a selection at the top or register each order line individually. This can be useful for partial deliveries or items that are incorrect or returned. You can choose from delivered, incorrect or return, or canceled.

  1. Delivered
Delivered means the order has been received in good condition. Enter the number of items you have received. If everything has been delivered, the order will receive the status received after saving. If you are still waiting for certain items, only enter the number received and leave the undelivered items unchanged.
  1. Incorrect/return
Incorrect or return means that if you have received items that are incorrect or will be returned, you can indicate this here. Only use this option if you expect the remaining items to be delivered later. This field does not change the number of items to be delivered but serves as a visual update to track progress.
  1. Canceled
Canceled means that the items will no longer be delivered because the order has been canceled by either the supplier or the purchaser. Spend Cloud will set the canceled items to 0.00 euros. You can cancel an existing order by contacting the supplier.

Info
If the delivery is registered by a delivery group, the action will be completed when any of these employees perform the action.
