Registering an order delivery in the app

Registering an order delivery in the app

After logging in to the app, you will arrive at your personal Dashboard. In this overview, you can see the pending actions for all the modules that your organization uses. By tapping on 'Deliveries' in the 'Quick Access' menu, you will access an overview of all orders that you can register as received.

Orders in this overview are sorted by order number. You can infer the status from whether the order has been partially received and whether it can be received by a group labeled 'To be received by group'. Tap on an order to register its delivery.

Registering deliveries

By tapping on an order from the overview, you will enter the details of that order. At the top, you will see the creation date of the order, the total amount, and you can click to view the PDF version of the order.

Below that, you will find the order lines. The total number of order lines in the entire order is shown in parentheses.

Order lines are initially marked as 'delivered'. If this is accurate, you can directly confirm the registration of these lines by tapping the green button. The order will then disappear from your overview. If something hasn't been delivered, you can indicate this in the order line.

If you want to register the entire order as incorrect or canceled, tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner. Here, you can register all order lines as incorrect/return or canceled.

The explanation you provide when registering orders as incorrect/return or canceled will not be sent to the supplier. If you want to cancel an order yourself, you'll need to contact the relevant supplier.

Adjusting Order Line

By tapping on an order line, you can adjust it. In the screen that follows, you can use the plus and minus icons to indicate the quantity of items that were or weren't delivered. After making adjustments, tap 'Update'. If quantities are incorrect/return or canceled, you must provide an explanation in the comments field.

This explanation will not be sent to the supplier. If you want to cancel an order yourself, you'll need to contact the relevant supplier.

After updating a specific order line, you'll return to the total order. By tapping the 'Confirm' button, the adjusted data will be registered. Depending on the number of items delivered, the order will either disappear from your overview or remain with the status 'Partially received'.

Asking for Opinion

If you're uncertain about the delivery of an order or want to consult with a colleague, you can use the 'Ask for Opinion' option.

You'll find this option by tapping on the three dots in the upper-right corner and choosing the 'Ask for Opinion' option.

Next, you can start typing a colleague's name under 'Employees'. A list of colleagues whose names match your input will appear.

In the 'Message' field, enter your desired question or comment. Then, in the upper-right corner, choose 'Send'.
