Verification status of balance accounts
In our pursuit of enhancing user experience in the Spend Cloud, we have implemented an adjustment that provides you, as the application manager, with quick access to the verification status of balance accounts. For each balance account, you can directly see whether it has been approved or if there are still pending actions.

Balance visible on the dashboard and enhanced book selection
In December, we made specific adjustments to the app design for Cash & Card users, where the revised dashboard now directly displays the user's cards instead of the book to which the employee has access.
Following valuable feedback, we have further refined the design, with even clearer visibility of the balance in the book on the dashboard and simplified navigation to a specific book. These updates have been implemented. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this valuable input. We remain attentive to your feedback and continue to strive for ongoing improvements to the app.
Improved overview with release notes
In addition to our monthly release emails, we want to highlight a refined overview of release notes. While this feature has been available for some time, we have made additional efforts to make issue tracking and bug fixes more consistent. Here you will find concise details about new features, enhancements, and resolved issues.
This overview is easily accessible in the menu section 'Release notes', found via the dropdown menu under your name. We hope that these improvements make information delivery even clearer.
