Settings for receiving or not receiving mailings
From Visma | ProActive and from the Spend Cloud, you receive various mailings. We try to tailor these as closely as possible to your work processes as an application administrator. In this article, we would like to explain this further.
Mailings for Spend Cloud Administrators
If you are designated as an application administrator within the Spend Cloud, you are automatically included in the distribution list for several mailings. These include the following emails you can expect:
Release Email
Every month, you will receive our release email, in which we share relevant updates and new improvements to the Spend Cloud. You will also frequently find invitations to our monthly release webinars, where we showcase enhancements and provide tips for even better utilization of the Spend Cloud.

Based on profiles and user behavior, we occasionally send you emails with interesting tips and tricks to optimize the use of the Spend Cloud.

Your opinion is extremely important to us. Therefore, once a year, you will receive the customer satisfaction survey: a brief questionnaire with just 5 questions about the Spend Cloud. We value your advice on what we can improve and always appreciate compliments about what we are already doing well. Furthermore, we send invitations to our test panel, where you have the opportunity to test new features and updates and provide direct feedback.

Want to Adjust Your Email Settings?
In every email you receive, you have the option to unsubscribe, of course. In that case, make sure to coordinate within your organization who else should receive these mailings. We often share relevant and important information.
