Statistics
On the Statistics page of Contract Management, you will find various statistics related to the contracts processed through Spend Cloud. The page provides several 'Top-5' statistics directly available for your convenience. For example, you can instantly view:
- The top-5 contracts with the highest annual costs.
- Contracts with the longest duration.
- Employees with the most contracts.
- Partners with the most contracts.
- And many more!
You can scroll down on the Statistics page of Contract Management to view the various statistics. Additionally, for each overview, you have the option to generate a CSV file. When you click the 'Export' button on the statistics, you will receive a file containing all the data used to compile that specific statistic. This means more data than just the top-5!
Please note that depending on the amount of data, it may take some time for the file to be ready. You don't need to do anything; you will receive a notification when the file is ready for download.
To access statistics for other employees, contracts, or partners, you can find the button 'Other Employees/Partners/Contracts' at the top of the overview. Clicking this button will take you to a section where you can generate statistics for individual employees, contracts, or partners. By using the selection fields, you can generate an overview for each contract, including the annual costs, among other details.nsight into annual costs per contract, for instance.
