Top 25 Spend

In the 'Top 25 Spend' section, analyses are displayed where various factors are compared to make the largest expenditures visible.

Idea
To use this analysis, product groups must be configured. Application administrators can set this up via Application Management / Analysis / Product Groups.

In the 'Top 25 Creditors with the Most Spend' chart, you'll find all the creditors listed at the bottom with their respective total costs displayed on the left. When you hover over the purple bar with your mouse, you'll see details about the creditor, the total amount, and the total number of invoices exported from that creditor. These insights help optimize the purchasing strategy of your organization. 

Below this chart, you'll find the charts for 'Top 25 Creditors with the Most Invoices' and 'Top 25 Product Groups with the Most Spend.'

To display the desired results in the analyses, you can use the selection options on the left side of the page. This allows you to exclude certain values and further refine the analyses.
