Using overviews and search fields
Have you already set up your optimal overview, or do you think it can be even more organized? There's a good chance that there are possibilities to customize a Spend Cloud overview exactly the way you want it. We'd like to show you how during the theme webinar (Dutch only) below. In this webinar, we'll discuss:
- Archives at the line item level for Invoice Processing and Procurement.
- The possibilities of the selection dot next to search fields, such as for reports specifically for Cash & Cards.
During the webinar, we will also provide tips on exporting data with more than 2500 lines. If this approach doesn't apply to your situation, please contact support so we can explore the options in your Spend Cloud settings. We will also explain how to exclude data and reveal a few "hidden" fields (fields you might not be aware of).
