Viewing and editing disapproved contracts

Viewing and editing disapproved contracts

If your organization uses contract confirmation, as an administrator, you have access to the 'Dissaproved' menu section.

In the 'Dissaproved' menu section of Contract Management, you'll find all contracts that have been dissaproved during the confirmation process. In the explanation, you can see the reasons for the dissaprovement. By making necessary changes to the coding and resending the contract, it can be reevaluated and processed again.

Viewing and Editing Dissaproved Contracts

By clicking on the magnifying glass icon at the end of the line of a dissparoved contract, you can view the contract details. On this page, you can replace the current contract scan with a new document at the top. At the bottom of the page, you can add files, notes, and relevant contracts.

By clicking on the 'Ask for Opinion' button at the top, you can send a question to a colleague or external contact person regarding the contract. The correspondence about this will be visible for everyone who has access to the contract.

From the view page or from the overview of dissparoved contracts, you can edit the contract.

Attention! For changing a contract owner, we recommend using the contract mutation process. If you change the owner here in the 'Dissaproved' menu, the pending actions will not be transferred to the new contract owner. To change the contract owner, you can navigate to Application Management / Contract Management / Mutate.

If you edit the contract details, it will change the status to 'Ready to Send' in the overview. With the 'Send' button at the top of the overview, you can re-submit contracts that are ready to be resent to the respective contract owner. On the next page, you can select the desired contracts and proceed with sending them.
