Where can I see if Spend Cloud has performance issues?

Unfortunately, there are times when we can experience a system outage. Through announcements here in the portal, we keep you informed in such situations about the problem and provide an estimate of the resolution times.

Why are these outages listed in the Spend Cloud Portal nowadays and not on the website?

Indeed, minor outages are now only reported in the portal. But what if there's a general outage that prevents you from accessing the Spend Cloud and the portal? Such larger outages are posted on the website. We deliberately chose to report minor outages via the portal because:
  1. Messages can be created more quickly and efficiently in the portal. In other words, you are informed earlier.
  2. The portal is the place to find information about the functional operation of the Spend Cloud, which includes when things are not working as expected.
  3. The outage page is not relevant to everyone who visits our website but is relevant to everyone who can use the portal.
