Where can I see who assesses which expense claim?

Administrators of the Expense Claims module can generate an overview of the procuratorship scheme for Expense Claims by going to Application Management / Organization / Roles. Make a selection for the Expense Claims module and, if necessary, for an Organizational Unit (if the number of results is too large, make a smaller selection). After checking the boxes, click "Select" at the top. The overview will now be generated.

Within an Organizational Unit, the system will search for an employee who can review expense claims. If there isn't one available or if they don't have sufficient authorization within their own OU, the system will look in the parent OU for a reviewer.

The procuration scheme for assessing expense claims


If there are two colleagues with the same authorization/role/rights settings in the respective Organizational Unit, a submitted expense claim will be presented to both colleagues. The colleague who reviews the claim first will handle it for both.

If a colleague leaves the organization, you can also transfer their roles to another colleague from this overview. Select the desired colleague and click on the "Transfer" button at the top of the overview, or click on the double arrows at the end of the colleague's row. Then, you can choose another colleague to transfer the role to.
