Card management

We have updated our card management overview to make managing multiple cards simpler and more efficient. The update includes several improvements focused on ease of use and clarity. In Application Management / Cash & Card / Card Management, you can see all the cards that are currently or have been in circulation within your organization. In this article, we explain how to use this menu.

Filters on the right side of the screen

On the right, you can apply various filters to bring up the appropriate cards. You can decide which filters you see by default by clicking on the gear icon.




The Spend Cloud remembers your preference unless you delete your cookies.

Displayed Card Information

In addition to the filters, you can also choose which card information you want to see. You do this by clicking on the gear icon and checking the columns you wish to display.



By moving the columns up and down in this gear icon, you can display the information in your preferred order.

Again, the Spend Cloud remembers your preference unless you delete your cookies.

Editing Multiple Cards at Once

In this menu, besides the settings of an individual card, you can also edit the settings of multiple cards at once.

To edit multiple Spend Cloud Cards simultaneously, first check them on the left side of the screen. Then click on 'Edit'. A settings screen will now be displayed. Note: The changes you make here will be applied to all Spend Cloud Cards you have checked. Always make sure you have selected the correct cards.
