You can change the PIN code of a bunq card (recognized by the rainbow colors on the card). The PIN code of a Spend Cloud Card (recognized by the blue color) can be both viewed and changed.

It is impossible to change the pincode via an ATM or Geldmaat. Only the methods explained in this article enable you to change the pincode.
View or change the PIN code of a Spend Cloud Card
If you have received a (new) Spend Cloud Card, you can view the PIN code for the card in the Spend Cloud. Please note that this is only possible if you are registered as a so-called 'liable card owner' and have been granted the necessary rights. Navigate to Cash & Card / Cards and click on the three dots at the end of the line. You can view the PIN code by clicking on 'Show PIN code.' To change it, click on 'Change PIN code.'
An application administrator within your organization can also change or view your PIN code through the menu Application Management / Cash & Card /
Card Settings.
Changing or viewing the PIN code of a bunq card
If you have received a new bunq card, you need to set a new PIN code before you can use the card. Check with the application administrator if this has already been set for you or if you need to do it yourself.
You can view or change a PIN code by navigating to Kas & Pas / Cards. Click on the three dots at the end of the card's row. In the dropdown menu, you can choose 'View PIN code' or 'Change PIN code'. If you change the PIN code, the new code will be active immediately after clicking 'Save'.
In the app
Are you working in the Spend Cloud app? Then you can perform the above actions under the 'Pasgegevens' (Card Details) button. You can find this button in the book to which the card is linked.
Who changed the PIN code?
Every PIN change is recorded in the card’s log. As an application administrator, go to Application Management / Cash & Card / Card Settings, open the card in question and look at the Card log overview. For the action ‘Pin changed’ the column ‘Performed by’ shows who made the change and ‘date changed’ shows when. Changes that cardholders make themselves in Spend Cloud or in the Spend Cloud app are included as well.
The same log also contains the card’s other changes, such as requesting, activating, blocking/unblocking, changed limits and a changed cardholder. The PIN code itself is never shown in the log: you can only view it with ‘Show PIN code’ on a Spend Cloud Card.
The card log is only visible to application administrators. If you use the card yourself and want to know who changed the PIN code, ask the application administrator of your organisation.
