Emails

In the menu section Application Management / General / Emails, you can add notes to the standard notifications that are sent from Spend Cloud.

The automatically generated emails have received a new design. While the old email notifications had a simple and functional style, the new emails feature a modern and recognizable design that aligns with Spend Cloud's branding. Additionally, users can now click directly from the email to the correct section within Spend Cloud. As a result, the option to customize the email layout has been removed. Add a note

Adding a Note In the overview, click on the email to which you want to add a note. The example below shows how the screen looks when you add a note to the "Set new password for forgotten password" type of email.



Info
If your Spend Cloud environment is available in multiple languages, you can add a note in all available languages.
