Hello and welcome! As of June 10th, the Spend Cloud Portal has a new name: DIRK. You might be wondering, "Who is Dirk, and why is everything named after him?" Well, we’re excited to share the story behind this change.

This change was done in honour of Dirk, our CTO, who has been with our company for 25 remarkable years. To celebrate Dirk’s 25th anniversary, we wanted to do something special to recognize his immense contributions and unwavering dedication.

Dirk has been the cornerstone of our company, a walking encyclopedia of knowledge, and the go-to person for answers about our company and products. Dirk’s vast expertise and steadfast support have guided us through countless challenges and innovations.

To honour Dirk’s incredible contributions, we’ve rebranded our Portal to be more than just a resource center. We’ve named it DIRK, which stands for Digital Information Resource Knowledgebase, because, like the man himself, it’s designed to be your ultimate source of information and support.

Here’s a bit of fun background: Dirk is not only a tech genius but also a huge fan of Linux and penguins. That’s why our new icon features a penguin – a nod to Tux, the Linux mascot. Just as Dirk has been there with answers to every question, Portal DIRK will be here to assist you with everything you need to know about our Spend Cloud.

In DIRK, you will find:
1) Knowledge base: All instructions for tasks you can perform in Spend Cloud.
2) Community: All submitted wishes for our software development, accessible only to application administrators.

Whether you’re a regular user or discovering the portal for the first time, learn more about how Dirk can help you find the answers you need.
