Login and resetting your password

Login and resetting your password

Depending on your organization, you can log in to Spend Cloud by entering your login credentials or through Single Sign-On. Single Sign-On means that if you are already logged into your organization's environment, you can navigate directly to Spend Cloud without entering login details.

If you want to log in to our app, please refer to the instructions provided here.

The following instructions apply when you want to log in to Spend Cloud on a computer.

If you cannot log in via Single Sign-On and have forgotten your password, or if you are logging in for the first time, you can set a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" at the login screen. To access the login screen, type your organization's name followed by ".spend.cloud." Your organization's application administrator can provide you with the correct link to log in.

If you don't know the name of your Spend Cloud environment, you can also navigate to the following website: spend.cloud and then click on the button 'I don't know the name of my environment.' Next, enter your email address and click on "Send mail." If your email address exists in a Spend Cloud environment, you will receive the name of your environment. If you don't receive an email or get a notification that the request has failed, please contact your application administrator. They can verify whether your account was created with the correct email address.

When you are on the log-in page of your Spend Cloud environment, click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the on-screen instructions.

You will receive an email from us with a temporary password, and you can use it to set a new password by following the on-screen steps. If you have trouble logging in, please contact a colleague who manages Spend Cloud.

As an administrator, it is advisable to verify that an employee has the correct link to your environment. If it is incorrect, the email for setting a new password will not be delivered.

Application managers cannot view employees' current passwords. The password requirements are set in the configuration settings of Spend Cloud.
