Monitor the progress of order processing

To monitor the progress of order processing, Spend Cloud keeps track of the number of orders that are currently being handled by an employee and how long these orders have been under processing by these employee(s). You can find this overview in the Procurement / Progress menu.

Explanation of Progress

The progress is divided into orders that have been under processing for up to 7 days, between 7 and 14 days, between 14 and 21 days, and longer than 21 days by an employee. You can apply specific filter settings using the search filter on the left side, allowing you to search for targeted order statuses or administrations, for example.

By clicking on the name of an employee, you will see a list of all orders currently being handled by that employee. From within Spend Cloud, you can send an email to that employee reminding them of these orders by using the "Send Email" option at the top of this overview. Additionally, you can click on an order to view all the details of that order.
