Multiple accounts in the Spend Cloud-app

It is possible to have multiple employees use the Spend Cloud app on a single phone. This can be handy when, for example, there is one phone available at a location where multiple individuals have accounts in the Spend Cloud. In this article, we will explain how to add an account and switch between accounts when using the app.

Adding an Account in the App

In this article, you'll find instructions on how to log in to the app. It might be the case that you are using the app, and your colleague also wants to use the same phone and app. In such a scenario, you can choose "Switch Account/Account wisselen" on the login screen:

A screen will appear where you can add another account or switch to an account that is already known in the app. Choose "Add a new account" if you want to add an account that is not yet listed. You can then log in as described in this article.

If the correct name is already in the list of accounts, you can click on it and log in with the access code associated with that specific account.

Removing an Account from the App
