Applying XML field formatting to an already added invoice

When adding an XML invoice, the invoices might not be properly interpreted. In such cases, it is necessary to modify the field formatting, which determines how an invoice is interpreted, or to add a field formatting specifically for invoices from this creditor.

Previously, you had to re-add an invoice afterward; now it is possible to apply a modified or new XML field formatting to an already added invoice. This prevents unnecessary actions and ensures faster processing. Read all about XML invoices and applying a new or modified field formatting in our knowledge base.

Super tip: which suppliers provide options for XML invoices?
Processing XML invoices brings significant benefits. Do you want to know which creditors can also provide XML invoices? Then request a custom overview from us, completely free of charge. In this overview, we also clarify whether it is possible to receive invoices via the PEPPOL network.

Keep in mind: it's a Dutch request form for the overview, but a very short and intuitive one. The fields are for: name, e-mail address, organisation name and comments.

Spend Cloud App

App features that enable the most user-friendly experience

Insight into card limits, settings, and the ability to add multiple attachments to a booking

Users have insight into the limits and other settings of their cards in the Spend Cloud App. In previous release notes, we already mentioned that the app's dashboard displays the remaining daily budget of a card, rather than just the balance of the linked card account. This gives users a complete and clear understanding of what can be spent in a day.

Additionally, users now receive a push notification when a transaction is declined due to one of the five most common reasons for refusal. In the future, more reasons for declined transactions will be included in push notifications.

Users can also view the PIN, CVC code, and allowed countries in the app (provided the user has the rights and is registered as a cardholder). Furthermore, multiple attachments can be added to a booking via the app.

Super tip: encourage card users to download the Spend Cloud App
The features mentioned above help users to use the card properly and avoid surprises. Therefore, we recommend that card users always use our app. This significantly increases the convenience of using a smart payment card and ensures independence for the card user. Ultimately, this also results in less work for financial administration. A valuable addition for everyone!
