Application Management
Coming soon: logging in via Connect
We are gradually introducing a more modern way of logging in to the Spend Cloud: Connect. Connect replaces our current login solution and offers a number of concrete improvements that you will notice directly as an administrator.
What will change?
You will soon log in via Connect instead of our current login page. Connect offers Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), so accounts are better protected (Multi-Factor Authentication will become mandatory in the Spend Cloud in the near future). As an administrator, you manage employee access in one central place: granting access, blocking accounts or resetting a password can all be done in just a few clicks. Already using SSO via your own Identity Provider? That will continue to work, via Connect.
What will stay the same?
The way you use the Spend Cloud does not change. Only the way you log in will be different. Employees do not need to install anything and day-to-day use remains the same.
A first group of customers has already migrated. As soon as the migration applies to your environment, we will contact you personally. You will then receive all the information about what changes and what you need to do. Read more about Connect in this
DIRK article.
Module Cash & Cards
Switch to Spend Cloud Cards, without losing iDEAL
As you may know, we are transitioning from bunq to Spend Cloud Cards within the Spend Cloud. Existing bunq cards will continue to work for now, but the bunq integration will gradually be phased out. One of the functionalities that will remain available for the time being is iDEAL | Wero.
Do you use iDEAL | Wero via your bunq account? Then there is no need to say goodbye to it. Within the existing card book, you can continue to use the bunq account for iDEAL payments, while replacing the physical bunq cards with Spend Cloud Cards. This way you benefit from all the advantages of Spend Cloud Cards, without giving anything up. The transition itself is easier than you might think. With the 'migrate bunq cards' feature, you can replace existing cards in just a few clicks, with all settings such as limits and cost centres automatically carried over.
No balance account yet? That is the first step. You can open one free of charge, and it is usually set up within one to two business days. Click
here for more information.
Need help with the transition? We will help you free of charge.
The transition to Spend Cloud Cards is easier than you think, but sometimes it is nice to tackle it together. Whether you have questions about the setup, need help opening a balance account, or simply want to make sure everything is in order before going live: we are here for you. Request the transition service
here and we will get in touch to plan a moment together.
