At Visma | ProActive, we are committed to continuously supporting you as our customer and providing valuable insights into how you use Spend Cloud. That’s why we’re excited to announce an important update about a new subprocessor: ChurnZero.

What is ChurnZero?

ChurnZero is an advanced analytics tool that helps us support you more intelligently and effectively in using the Spend Cloud. Starting October 3, 2025, we will begin integrating ChurnZero into the Spend Cloud, giving you greater insight into how you use our software – completely free of charge.

What does this mean for you?

With the implementation of ChurnZero, we offer you the following benefits:

Deeper data analysis
You’ll gain insight into how you use Spend Cloud and how to get the most out of it. These analyses help you optimize your processes.

Free sharing of insights
We will share the insights obtained through ChurnZero with you at no additional cost. This allows you to make better-informed decisions based on real data.

More targeted support
Our teams will be able to assist you faster and more effectively with tailored advice, thanks to real-time insights into your Spend Cloud usage.

What to expect after go-live

Once ChurnZero goes live, we’ll share detailed information about all the features the platform offers, including practical guidance on how to leverage these insights. This ensures you can make full use of the new capabilities.

Security & Privacy

We place great importance on protecting your data. Here’s what you should know:
  1. All data is stored within the EU in a AWS data center in Frankfurt.
  2. We have entered into a data processing agreement with ChurnZero and made arrangements that comply with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

Important information for customers

  1. To use ChurnZero, data from your Spend Cloud environment will be processed.

Why this change?

ChurnZero replaces our previous tool, Pendo, and is part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with excellent service—built on a foundation of privacy and security.
