Making iDEAL payments in the app

With the Spend Cloud App in combination with a bunq account you have the option to make iDEAL payments. This is only possible if this is actually enabled for your environment and you have the correct rights for it as a user, you will see the 'iDEAL payment' tile on the dashboard of the app.

If you do not see this tile, but you have to make iDEAL payments, please contact the application manager within your organisation.

You can make an iDEAL payment by scanning a QR code in a webshop with the ProActive app at the end of the ordering process. This QR code is displayed if you choose an "iDEAL payment" during payment and select "bunq" at "Bank". If you continue to pay now, you will see the QR code.

It is advisable to place the order via a computer or another device than where the ProActive app is installed. For the payment you have to scan the QR code with the app. This will not work when the QR code is displayed on the same device.

You can scan the QR code that is displayed with the ProActive app. To do this, open the app and click on the 'iDEAL icon' under 'Quick to' on the dashboard.
You can also click on the pass on the dashboard from the dashboard or navigate to "Book" at the bottom of the menu. If you are in the book in which you want to process the iDEAL payment, you will also see a QR code icon with the label 'iDEAL payment'.

You can scan the QR code by pointing your phone at the computer screen and holding the QR code in the square. After the QR code has been successfully scanned, the app will show you an overview of the transaction you are going to make. You can still cancel this transaction by clicking "Decline". By clicking on "Confirm" the transaction is confirmed.

You must now enter your access code for authorization. ProActive will validate the access code and check if there is enough balance in the account to complete the transaction. If this is the case, you will see a screen that the transaction has been successfully completed. If this is not the case, you will see an error message and the transaction will be aborted.

The balance of the book is immediately updated and the transaction is now visible in the relevant book. You can then immediately register the encoding of the transaction just made.
