Creating a Balance Account to Use Spend Cloud Cards

To use Spend Cloud Cards, you need a balance account. This is a quick and easy process. With a few steps in our Spend Cloud, you can complete the application process easily and quickly. If you still have questions, you can send an email to support@proactive.nl. After verification by our partner Adyen (which often takes place within a day), you can order the cards immediately. You can also decide where they are delivered.

To create the balance account, go to Application Management / Cash & Card / Balance Accounts. This can be done at any time, such as right now!

Minimal Changes for the User

For users who are already accustomed to using a bunq card, not much will change, except that they will experience a number of additional benefits. Online payments are made securely via credit card payments and can be confirmed by the user. Additionally, PIN codes can be changed as desired. Because the cards are both Maestro and Mastercard cards, they are widely accepted abroad, providing more flexibility and assurance.
