The Spend Cloud provides a comprehensive solution for all business expenses: from the entire Purchase to Pay process to smart payment cards for employees.
There are various modules in the Spend Cloud that support making and processing business expenses. You can make a payment at different stages in the expense process. In the overview below, you can see which solution can be used according to your preferences regarding the payment moment.

Moreover, some of the above modules overlap with each other. For example, you can automatically approve invoices (in the invoice processing module) based on orders (purchase module). You can always discuss which module or modules best fit your organization's workflow with your account manager without any obligation.
