Entering a first and last name when renting a car or buying a plane ticket with a Spend Cloud Card

When using a Spend Cloud Card to rent a car or purchase a plane ticket, you may be asked for a first and last name. Normally, a Mastercard is personalized. However, a Spend Cloud Card is issued by your organization, so it does not have a regular first and last name associated with it. Below is an explanation of what information should be provided when asked for a first and last name.

First Name
Under 'First Name', both the first and last name of the employee who intends to rent the car or use the plane ticket should be filled in.

Last Name
Under 'Last Name', the name of the organization should be filled in as it appears on the Spend Cloud Card.
