How can I handle outstanding tasks?
An action can arise because a contract has been assigned to you by another colleague. An action can also be automatically generated by Spend Cloud. This occurs when the set action moment is reached. In that case, the contract owner must indicate whether the contract should be extended or terminated.
If there is a new action open for you, it will be displayed on your dashboard, and you will also receive a notification email. You can perform the action in the Actions menu. Here, you will find an overview of all actions sorted by the termination date. Depending on your settings, you will find the following actions here:
Assigning a new action
If an action cannot be performed for a specific reason, an application administrator can assign a new action to the contract. This authority is typically only available to Contract Administrators / employees of the (central) contract administration.
