Reversing completed orders
After an order has been registered as 'Delivered,' it can receive the status 'Completed' (for example, when fully matched to one or more invoices). Previously, orders with this status could no longer be modified. However, sometimes an order may be completed by mistake. Wondering how to fix this? Read this
knowledge base article.
The 'Service Orders' functionality will be released in phases
The first customers can now create service orders. These customers have been informed about this by us. We will gradually make this available to other customers. Read
more about this new type of orders and its benefits. We will inform you as soon as this becomes available to you in the Spend Cloud.
Application management
Webservice Tokens
The new 'Webservice Tokens' menu item in the Spend Cloud makes managing access tokens much easier. Previously, administrators had to contact our supportdesk to remove an expired token. Now, administrators can remove expired tokens themselves, automatically generating a message to retrieve a new token. Curious about how this works? Read
more here.
Note: This information only applies to customers using a web service in combination with an access token (including: Exact Online, Allsolutions, Twinfield).

Additionally, we have improved the process of editing multiple cards within the new Card Management Overview with a handy new feature. Soon, you will not only be able to edit multiple cards simultaneously to change countries, for example, but you will also have the option to enable online payments.
