When you make an online credit or debit card payment, the webshop checks, during the payment process, whether you are authorized to make the payment. Therefore, you need to confirm the payment through the Spend Cloud app on your phone. Currently, it is only possible to link one phone per card.

When you don't receive notifications
It is important to check in the settings of your phone whether the Spend Cloud App is allowed to send notifications. To check this on an iPhone, read here. For settings on almost all other phones than an iPhone, look here.
In the Spend Cloud App, there is an option to test the push notifications. Go to settings and then to 'Diagnostics'. Click on 'Test push notifications' to check if the notifications are working.
