Spend Cloud notifications
We’re revamping the design of our automatically generated emails, such as password reset requests. Additionally, the content will also be optimised for clarity, making the subject and text easier to understand.This update applies to all automated emails you receive from the Spend Cloud. We’ll notify you of the exact launch date and provide further details when this change is implemented in your environment.
Faster Invoice processing
We’re enhancing the invoice processing experience in the Spend Cloud. When you add a PDF invoice, the Spend Cloud automatically extracts and fills in the details. Soon, this process will become even smoother and faster with the implementation of our new AI-driven text recognition technology.
Key benefits:
- Improved service communication system: Our new and enhanced service communication system (provided by Google), integrated into the Spend Cloud flow, makes invoice processing even faster and more scalable.
- Faster processing: Thanks to Google's powerful data storage servers, the average invoice processing time is halved.
- AI-powered innovation: The new system leverages AI, ensuring future innovative updates and better invoice recognition.
These improvements will be implemented seamlessly in the background, with no changes required on your part. You will receive an email notification when the new system is launched for your environment.
