Procurement Module
Creating and sending service orders
Soon, we will launch a new feature in the Spend Cloud that allows you to easily create service orders. This is ideal for hiring consultancy firms, requesting cleaning services, repair work, or legal work by a third party. You can read more about how service orders can be created in the future in
this knowledge base article.
This feature is in the early stages and will be released gradually. The first version does not yet include the option for the purchaser to handle the financial coding of the order. Therefore, the feature will initially only be released to customers who do not require this. Other customers will, of course, also receive an email once it is known when the new feature will be available to them.
Cash & Card Module
New look-and-feel of various pages in the Spend Cloud
Live from 13 June
To further improve the user experience, we have been working hard to enhance the look and feel of various pages. We have started with the following two pages:
- Cost types: Accessible via Application management / Cash & Card / Cost types.
- Books: Accessible via Application management / Cash & Card / Books.
Based on valuable feedback from various customers, we have added new columns to these pages. You can adjust the columns as desired using the gear icon. On the right-hand side, you have the option to apply useful filters, as you may already be familiar with in the Cash & Card archive. This will also apply to the cost types menu. In
the knowledge base, you can read more about the new designs.
The design will gradually be implemented on other pages as well. Do you have feedback on the above designs? Let us know via
product@proactive.nl.
The new designs will be released on 13th of June. Confirming online payments via the Spend Cloud App - 3DS via SMS will be expired
Starting June 17, it will no longer be possible to confirm online payments with a Spend Cloud Card via 3DS by SMS. Online payments must be
confirmed via the Spend Cloud App.
It is important that the application administrator assigns
a liable card owner to a Spend Cloud Card before June 17 and that users activate online payment confirmation via the Spend Cloud App in a timely manner.
Spend Cloud App
Administrators can now see all books in the app
From the latest app release (version 1.79.1), module administrators of the Cash & Card module can now see all books in the Spend Cloud App. This was done to ensure that administrators see the same information in both the Spend Cloud App and the web version. Navigation can be done via the ‘Books’ menu. In the future, a search function will be added to make it easier to find and view a specific book.
Technical issues
We fixed some bugs and issues in May:
- An unsuccessful release of the Spend Cloud App.
- Implementing new techniques (API).
- Complex reversals of unsuccessful releases.
- All bugs are fixed currently.
