Structuring categories
You can now link suppliers to one or more categories. This is essential as it helps purchasers navigate and quickly order from the right supplier. To manage existing categories, go to Application Management / Procurement / Categories.
We have simplified the process of structuring categories. You can now make a category part of another category in just two clicks. This allows you to create more structure between main categories and subcategories.
To make ordering as user-friendly as possible for your colleagues, it’s necessary to set up ten main categories or fewer and using subcategories underneath. This adjustment is particularly important in light of future Spend Cloud improvements. We are currently developing a new page for initiating your orders. This page will be significantly more user-friendly when you have no more than ten main categories.

Apple Pay
From early November, you will be able to use Apple Pay for your Spend Cloud Card. To do this, add your Spend Cloud Card to the digital wallet on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch. Please note that in the future, you will also be able to pay with your Spend Cloud Card using Google Pay or Samsung Pay.
Card settings
In the future, you will also be able to change the PIN code of a Spend Cloud Card within the Spend Cloud App. The screens for managing your card settings have been reorganized for a more intuitive layout, allowing you to perform actions more quickly.
When these settings become available to you, you will receive a message about the new features when you start the app.
