Change of name for the Spend Cloud environment
It's now possible to change the environment name and associated URL of your Spend Cloud. This may be relevant if your organisation has undergone a name change, after a merger, for example. Before implementing a new environment name, we recommend discussing it internally first. Changing the environment name and URL can impact access to the Spend Cloud and its usage by employees. Timely communication to employees is also crucial to ensure a smooth transition. They need to be informed that they will need to use a new URL and environment name. Emails Sent from the Spend Cloud
In the previous releasemail, we announced our goal of informing the liable card owner as comprehensively as possible to improve the user experience. We have noticed that users without the Spend Cloud App experience a higher rate of failed transactions. Therefore, from now on, you can expect automatic emails in addition to push notifications in the Spend Cloud App in the following scenarios:
1. Appointment as a liable card owner:
When set as such, you receive an immediate email and a push notification in the Spend Cloud App with card instructions.
Change of the liable card owner: When this role changes, the new liable card owner receives an email notification and a push notification via the Spend Cloud App with card usage instructions.
2. Failed or incorrect transactions:
Upon a failed card transaction, the liable card owner receives an email alongside a push notification with the reason for failure and clear instructions to avoid it. If no liable card owner is set, the cardholder receives a push notification and an email is sent to the cardholder.3. Failed or incorrect transactions:

Cash & Card Module
From now on, users will receive notifications about successful or failed payments within a few seconds rather than 30 seconds or longer. This facilitates more efficient transaction processing. Receipts can be scanned and processed immediately. In the event of a failed payment, you'll instantly be informed of the reason, allowing you to take appropriate action. We are currently working on further refining the content of error messages.

Optional Service Order feature
The service order feature has been available in Spend Cloud for some time. This feature simplifies and streamlines the process of ordering services and tasks. Activating Spend Cloud Cards in the App
You can now easily activate replacement Spend Cloud Cards in the app as an end-user (in app version 1.83.0). Previously, active and replacement cards appeared as two separate cards, which could be confusing due to different limits per card. Additionally, limit changes for one card were not automatically applied to the replacement card. Easy replacement activation helps clear up the spend processes.
